Infrastructure Engineer - Remote

 

Mandatory Requirements:

Minimum of 10 years of experience leading a mature Cloud Infrastructure Engineering program;

Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal;

Hands-on experience with AWS/Azure services, best practices, and solutions architecture activities, observability tooling, containerization workflows (AKS, EKS), API design, and development of full-stack web applications;

Fluency in multiple programming/scripting languages (Python, Bash, Java) with an emphasis on tuning, optimization, and best practices for development;

Experience with automated provisioning of multistage deployment environments using Infrastructure as Code (Terraform);

Deep understanding of relational and non-relational databases, along with performance characteristics;

Understanding of security fundamentals as they pertain to e-commerce application environments;

Hands-on expertise with code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations;

Excellent communication skills with the ability to drive technical discussions across teams to reduce ambiguity and create technical specifications.
